Reserves Policy and Cancellations:
Payment can be made via dep. banking or DOC. And 50% upon booking and 50% up to 30 days before check-in.

* To cancel a reservation, please contact us for proper procedure and partial refund of the amount paid.
* Cancellation must be made within 30 days at least before the Carnival and New Year and 15 days in the regular season.
