Booking Policy:
Payment can be made via dep. bank or DOC. Being 50% at time of booking and 50% by 30 days before check-in.
* Only after confirmation of payment via e-mail your reservation is guaranteed.
Cancellation policy:
* Early departures will not entitle the return or restitution of values.
* Low Season: Cancellations up to 15 days before the date the return is complete. 15 days preceding the date of entry shall be refunded 50% of premium.
* High Season: Cancellations up to 30 days before the date the return is complete. 30 days preceding the date of entry shall be refunded 50% of premium.
* Package (New Year and Carnival): Cancellations up to 50 days before the date the return is complete. 50 days preceding the date of entry shall be refunded 50% of premium. 30 days antedecedentes the beginning of the packet there will be no refund of the amount paid.
* Will be deducted from the value of the DOC.
